Next, connected the supplied red wire to the terminal of the alternator...

The supplied black wire connects to the stud on top of the alternator. This is just a test fit to sort hardware (not supplied).

Reused the rubber boot that was on the red & red/white wires.

Wires will be secured to the main harness when I'm done.

At the back end of the harness, heat shrinked the unused wires here as well.

Since the (unnecessary) regulator is removed completely, wires are connected with an M6 bolt (not supplied).

Regulator removed, bracket cleaned and waxed, only the starter relay and bracket for the signal flasher remain.
