Same with the dash - repainted with VHT wrinkle black and set under a 500 watt shop light to cure.

Original front and rear signals with brackets are cleaned up pretty well. The brackets are still a little rusty, but that's the best I could do.

Working on the toolbox locks. Bought some mailbox locks from McMaster-Carr and modified the latch arm (bottom).

Sidecovers arrived that I bought from AJ - mmm, shiny.

Cleaned up the trim rings for the fender reflectors.

Cleaned and waxed the taillight and bracket, crimped on new connectors (old ones crumbled) and assembled using stainless acorns.

Same with the headlight - cleaned, waxed, stainless. The headlight ring that came on the bike is a reproduction and looks great.
