The chrome plating of both cylinder bores was wearing thin in the area half way down from the top. The lighter speckled color showing through is the aluminum cylinder casting.

The connecting rod bearings all feel good, no work needed there. Nice that the base gaskets came off clean.

Removed the generator bracket and found that someone has already Heli-Coiled the bolt holes.
