Working on the intake manifolds. Were drilled and tapped with SAE threads. Drilled and retapped metric (M6).

Cleaned & polished, new o-ring, springs, points, condenser, rotor.

Tank repairs done - two dents (where circled) were worked out on the right rear...

...one large one (a 1" deep crease filled with bondo) and a smaller one on the left front...

...and the leaky petcock bungs were rewelded and all of the bent seams straightened.

Transmission reassembled. All new ball bearings, 4th gear bushing and shift return spring.
