Working on mounting the Bates saddlebags. Used a Wixom bag mount spacer at the top shock mount and couple of lengths of flat stock.

The 'bag mounts low so the lid clears the passenger grab rails.

Mocking up the rear mounts. One from the 'bags to the seat mount bolt (Vise-Grips not included) and another from a lower bolt to a DB 'bag bracket I had in my junk pile. With four mounting points, they're pretty solid.
